Pat was a dear friend of my dad. Yesterday would have been his birthday and she always called me on his birthday. I thought I would beat her to the punch and call her before she called me. I called both numbers I had and both were no longer working. I panicked and then found this obituary. Pat helped me so much when my dad was sick. She is a dear friend always thinking of others. She will be missed.

Pat was a lovely woman and friend of the extended O'Neil family. She was always well-dressed, and encouraged me to add color to my jewelry accessories. :) Always a smile on her face, and was always so kind. She found Dominick, and went on to enjoy many years with him.

I met Pat only seven years ago when my daughter moved in across the street; she and Pat developed an immediate close relationship. In a way, Pat “adopted” Bethany; I felt comforted that Bethany had two mothers looking after her. Their mutual affection was beautiful to see. My family and I will miss Pat and her cheerful smile. —Barbara Lyon

I met Pat 47 years ago when I started my nursing career. She was a strong, dynamic, hard working woman who was such a role model. Pat was the perfect ambassador for the nursing profession, kind, caring, nurturing, an angel with exceptional nursing skills. The more I observed her, the more I aspired to be like her. We had become close friends and Pat had become part of our family. Her love and generosity was astounding. Lisa and Laura were such wonderful caregivers this past year and Pat loved them both like family. Pat was an extraordinary woman with a beautiful smile that could light up a room with her sense of humor. It was an honor and a privilege to know her and she will always in our hearts! Thank you, Pat for the memories. "Until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand," (Irish Blessing)❤ Love Tony, JoAnn and Lauren Malinowski

Pat is and will always be an inspiration to me to be a better person. No matter how bad she was feeling she always said “I am OK“ how are you?” If I offered to do something for her, she would say “only if it’s convenient“! She will always be in my heart ❤️

I met Pat in my old neighborhood in Trumbull, and she was instantly a very dear friend. When I was in her company or on the phone, she had magic about her ways to always leave me smiling and happier than I was before. She was an angel on earth, and I believe she was here to make us all a better version of ourselves. Her generous heart and loving gestures will live with me forever. Thank you, Pat, for being my dear friend. Love, Donna.

Aunt Pat was my Godmother and quite frankly a Angel for me and my family. My Mom was like her Sister and Pat always was helping me and my family. She was one of a kind and I miss her very much. I enjoyed helping drive her back and forth to Florida for years until she could not do it. I have many struggles going on in my life and Pat was always there with any way she could help and understanding. She always wanted to know how things were going and how she could help. She was a inspiration and such a giving person to everyone she knew. We Love her and will miss her so much. Dave Seale and family.

Aunt Pat was a beautiful soul. Always smiling, so generous with her love. I know she is excited to be reunited with Uncle Dom, her parents and my parents... She loved my Mom so much and I will forever be grateful to and for her. Love you Aunt Pat, rest in peace and may perpetual light shine upon you.
