Obituary of Elias F. Baghdady

Elias F. Baghdady, age 66, beloved husband of Elizabeth Baghdady of Shelton, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born on October 18, 1949 in Zahle, Lebanon, he was a son of Fouad Baghdady of Brooklyn and the late Renee El Ettel Baghdady. Mr. Baghdady was currently the proprietor of Pet Super Bowl in Stratford since 1991. Elias was an extremely talented man and had a passion for painting as well as starting a business in California that reproduced Tiffany Lamps. In addition to his loving wife Elizabeth of nearly 44 years and his father, survivors include his two cherished daughters, Amanda and Sonia, a son-in-law, Frank, three brothers, Fayez and his wife Risa, Adel and his wife Sonia, Pierre and his wife Hanani and a sister, Sonia Youssef and her husband Naji as well as several nieces and nephews. Friends may greet the family on Sunday, February 28, 2016 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull with a prayer service taking place at 4:00 p.m. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
