Obituary of Robert G. McCullough
Robert G. McCullough, age 83, a resident of St. Joseph Manor, Trumbull, and a retired oil burner service man for Petro Oil Co. of Stamford with over 40 years of service, died on Saturday, November 26, 2005. Born in Stamford, he was a city resident for 65 years, until moving to Norwalk in 1987. Mr. McCullough was a World War II U.S. Army Veteran. He was a member of the Stamford Railroad Club and the Grace Episcopal Church, Norwalk. He was predeceased by his wife Mary Martin McCullough and a grandson, Matthew Penfield.
Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Penfield of Fairfield and Sharon Wood and her husband Ronald of Shelton, eight grandchildren, Jeffrey OConnell Jr. and his wife Tori, Christopher OConnell and his wife Janine, Lauren OConnell, Sarah Matthews, Gregory Wood, Jeffrey Wood, and a great grandson, Archer Chickering OConnell.
Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at 1 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk. Friends may call on Wednesday after 12 noon until the time of service. Donations Information
