Obituary of Frank J. Masotta

Frank J. Masotta, age 82, of Milford, a retired employee of Moore Special Tool Co. with 42 years of service, died on Thursday, June 5, 2008 in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on February 20, 1926, he was a son of the late Giuseppe and Rose Falata Masotta and was a U. S. Navy veteran of World War II. Mr. Masotta was a resident of Fairfield for 32 years before moving to Milford. He was a member of N.A.F.T. and a lifetime member of the East End Yacht Club. Survivors include his wife, Marion Brunetto Masotta, a son Frank Masotta and his wife Patricia of Grand Rapids, MI, a brother, Anthony Serapiglia of Trumbull, four grandchildren, Andrew, Thomas, Trevor and Abigail and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a brother Carmen Masotta and three sisters, Rose DeFilippo, Marie Dailey and Betty Hartman. 

Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment with military honors will follow in Kings Highway Cemetery, Milford. Friends and relatives may call on Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
