Obituary of Dennis M. Macura

Dennis M. Macura, age 34, of Trumbull, died suddenly on Wednesday December 28, 2011. Born in Bridgeport on July 4, 1977, he was the son of Dennis A. Macura and Laurel Mitchell Macura of Trumbull. A member of the Trumbull High School Class of 1995, he was also formerly employed by Oxford / United Health Care. He was an enthusiastic NY Yankees fan, loved classic cars and cruising on his Harley. He was especially proud of his self designed Ink. In addition to his loving parents, Dennis and Laurel, survivors include two cherished sons, Mitchell Andrew and Brandon David of Trumbull, two sisters, Kiersten A. Tommasi and her husband Gregory of Shelton and Erin E. Byrne and her husband David of Cheshire; niece and nephew, Kayla Byrne and Brady Tommasi; maternal grandparents, William Sr. and Rae Mitchell of Trumbull; aunt and uncles, Thomas Mitchell and his wife Kathy of MI, Michael Mitchell of Trumbull and Arthur Macura of TX; as well as several cousins and many friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Joseph and Jeanne Macura. He was loved by all and will be dearly missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to know him. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, January 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in Trumbull Congregational Church. Private interment will take place in St John Cemetery, Monroe. Family and friends may call on Sunday January 1, 2012 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
