Obituary of Mary V. Samperi

Mary V. Samperi, age 84, of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late Thomas A. Samperi Sr., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Pennsylvania on June 28, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Mary O'Malley. Mary was a Trumbull resident for over 50 years, and loved spending winters in St. Petersburg, Florida. Mary and her husband Tom enjoyed traveling. She took pride baking, cooking and entertaining for family and friends. Survivors include her two sons, Thomas Samperi Jr and his wife Lauren and Christopher Samperi and his wife Debbie, all of Monroe, four cherished grandchildren, Jillian, Madison, Thomas lll and Frank, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was recently predeceased by her brother, John O'Malley. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. directly in St. Catherine of Siena Church, 200 Shelton Rd., Trumbull.
