Obituary of Sandra Jean Boccuzzi

Sandra Jean Perrotta Boccuzzi, age 80, of Monroe, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 15, 2024 with her loving family by her side. Born in Bridgeport on November 11, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Louis A. Perrotta Sr. and Jean Estelle Woodward Perrotta. Sandra loved the outdoors and enjoyed going fishing with her boys and playing a good game of cards. Sandra was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. She cared deeply for her family and always put their needs before her own. She was at her best when her grandchildren where by her side and her smile could light up the room. The unconditional love she gave and the memories they created will forever live in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her three loving sons, Vitantonio (Tony) Boccuzzi and his wife Jill, Sabino (Sam) Boccuzzi Jr. and his wife Laurie and Gianni Boccuzzi and his wife Kacey, and their father Sabino Boccuzzi, five cherished grandchildren, Kyra, Tiana, Nick, Addie and Sierra, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Gina Marie Boccuzzi and two brothers, James and Louis Perrotta. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church, 851 North Ave., Bridgeport. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Saturday morning from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fresenius Medical Care Foundation.
