On July 18, 2024 we lost one of the most beautiful souls on the face of the planet! Linda Mary Denes Betz was my mother-in-law! She was the single most beautiful soul one could ever know. She took me in and immediately declared me as her daughter!!! She loved like no other and gave everything she had to her family whom she loved so much! Her family was the world to her!!!! Words will never describe how beautiful of a soul she was. May God's blessings always be with her soul!!!! We are all so so very devastated at this loss............

Jim, You and I haven't seen one another in many years, but I remember you well from Bridgeport Public Schools. In fact, you were a strong influence in the direction my career in education took, both during and after my years in the classroom. What I also clearly remember is your telling me repeatedly about Linda's being such a positive influence over you, and that you wouldn't have succeeded without her. I'm smiling as I write this because I also remember your self-deprecating way of expressing this. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Joe Rodriguez
