Condolences to the Kohlbacker family. Bill was the last of the legends working at L.A. Barnaby & Sons. I remember running around the office 50 years ago with the Kohlbacker boys. We would see Bill and Lillian at Sal's Pizza in Monroe. Bill was always happy to see you and was extremely kind to all. He loved and was very proud of his family and now he's with the love of his life, Lillian. He will be missed both professionally and personally. Diane Barnaby Honrath

Even though I may have not said it out loud, I always wanted a relationship like you and Grandma had, the unwavering respect and love you both had for eachother. My journey in life may not have been the same as yours, but I can say that in my heart I have the same kindness, compassion and love that you had for everyone that you came in contact with. You were a wonderful respectable man and I will always have my memories of you. Please give grandma a hug and kiss from Austin and I. I can only hope that I can live the life that you have with love, respect, commitment and grace that you showed always, I love you. -Krissy

Uncle Bill was a wonderful man. He was both tough and gentle, funny and wise, and his big smile never failed to light up a room. I am so sad he’s gone but happy that he’s now reunited with his lifetime sweetheart, Aunt Lill. Love to my cousins and I wish you the Peace of The LORD JESUS as you mourn this tremendous loss.
