Obituary of Louise Lelio

Louise Bonvini Lelio, age 82, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2009 at Bridgeport Hospital. Louise was born June 12, 1927 in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Arnaldo and Olga Bonvini. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Rebecca Christy Benyamini. Survivors include her former husband and friend Harry Lelio of Milford, four children, Laura Christy and her partner Cheryl Valentine of Stratford, Edward Lelio and Lisa Pavlich and her partner James Kuhn, all of Shelton and Amy Mariconda and her husband Peter of Stratford. She is also survived by five loving and devoted grandchildren Alessandra Simna, Matthew and Samantha Pavlich, Megan and Conor Lelio, dear friend Richard Pavlich of Bridgeport and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Louise was a longtime employee of Sikorsky Aircraft. She was an avid reader, an excellent seamstress and also a superb cook. Louise was full of life and laughter and was known as everyones Nonni. She will be truly missed by all who loved her. Funeral Information A Memorial Gathering to celebrate Louises life will take place on Thursday, August 27, 2009 from 4-8 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, August 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. directly in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull. Interment will follow in the Long Hill Burial Grounds, Trumbull.
