Obituary of Pasquale A. DiTullio

Pasquale A. “Patsy” DiTullio, age 89, of Shelton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of the late Angela A. (Liquigli) DiTullio. Born in Norwalk on May 31, 1934, he was a son of the late Alfred and Wanda (Serricchio) DiTullio. As a freshman in 1949, Patsy was honored to be a part of the Central High School football team that won the State Championship. It was in high school that he met the love of his life Angela and they would enjoy 66 years of marriage before her passing. He was the President of A. DiTullio & Sons, formerly of Milford, for many years, where he built many lasting friendships. A sports fanatic his entire life, Patsy was an avid golfer and huge fan of the NY Yankees, NY Giants and UCONN women’s basketball program. He also looked forward to watching Notre Dame Football with his sons. His family was most important to him and he never missed the opportunity to attend and root for his children or his grandchildren in sports they participated.  A loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend of many. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his three loving children, Patsy DiTullio (Jackie), John DiTullio (Sally) and Debra DiTullio (Geoff Lambert), seven grandchildren, Samantha, Patrick (Will), Joseph (Molly), Nick (Alyssa), Kimberly Angela, Jennifer (Brendon) and Anthony (Zoë), four adored great grandchildren, Jason, Mia, Anthony, Remy and great anticipation of a fifth great grandchild soon.

The family would like to thank all the aids that have taken care of Patsy throughout his illness, especially to Nicole, who was his primary caregiver.

Relatives and friends may greet the family on Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. in St. Stephen Church, 6948 Main Street, Trumbull. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Monroe.
