Obituary of Dominic P. D'Agostino

Dominic P. D’Agostino, age 86, of Fairfield, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Bridgeport Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Mucherino D’Agostino. Born in Plainfield, NJ on March 20, 1036, Dominic was a son of the late Steve and Rose (Perotti) D’Agostino and was a longtime resident of Fairfield.

Before his retirement he was the owner and operator of DAG Sanitation. In his free time he was a devoted dog owner. He loved his canine companions, his late dog Mandy and his dog E.D.

Dominic leaves his family and friends whom he has fond memories spending time with.

In addition to his beloved wife Elizabeth, he was predeceased by a brother, Paul D’Agostino and a sister, Mary D’Agostino as well as many nieces and nephews.  

Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Michael Cemetery, 2205 Stratford Ave., Stratford on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. for a graveside service.  There will be no calling hours.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
