Obituary of Angelo Tufaro

Angelo Tufaro passed away peacefully on March 16, 2021, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born Oct 29, 1964, Bridgeport, CT to Vincent Tufaro and the late Giovanna Tufaro. After residing in Jupiter, FL for many years, he spent the last several months in Summerville, SC to be close to his father and family.

Angelo is survived by his three children, six grandchildren, three siblings. Vincent Tufaro, his wife Amanda and their three children, Lillian, Maxwell and Elle of Savannah, GA. Sergeant First Class Matthew Tufaro, his wife Krystin and their two children, Christopher and Nicholas, Blythewood, SC, Alyssa Gonzalaz- Rivera, her husband, Staff Sergeant Rapheal, and their son, Gabrielle. Anthony Tufaro, his wife Cathy, of West Palm Beach, FL and his daughter, Nicole of Shelton, CT. Josephine Hanrahan, her husband James and their four children, Juliana, Christina, Mitchell and Michaela, of Summerville, SC. Pasquale Tufaro, his wife Laura and their daughter, Isabella, of Derby, CT. His long time girlfriend, Christine Saavedra, of Stuart, FL

A memorial service is being held in honor of Angelo, as he is laid in his final resting place. Family and friends are welcome to join us at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 1056 Daniels Farm Road, Trumbull, CT,  on Thursday July 29, 2021 at 11:00 am.
