Obituary of Kenneth John Esposito

Kenneth John Esposito, age 82, of Easton, beloved husband of Catherine Esposito, passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021, with his loving family by his side. Born in Bridgeport on December 9, 1938, he was the son of the late Thomas and Sadie Truncone Esposito.

Ken was a graduate of the Central High School Class of 1956; he graduated from Washburn University and earned his Master's Degree from Smith College School for Social Work. He was an All-American athlete in Football and excelled at both Football and Basketball at Central High School and Milford Academy. Employed by the Norwalk Board of Education, He was a psychiatric social worker who made a difference in many lives.

He was a loving and dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. The unconditional love he gave and the values he taught will live in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Kenneth will be deeply missed.

In addition to his beloved wife of 59 years, Catherine, he is survived by three loving children, Tom Esposito and his wife Catherine of Stratford, Kenneth J. Esposito and his wife Linda of Milford and Rose James and her husband George of Easton, nine cherished grandchildren, Sarah, Thomas, John, Kenneth III, Emily, and Sammy Esposito and George, Robert and Patrick James, two sisters, Ann Sorrentino and Nancy Harding both of Bridgeport, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Due to the concerns about social gatherings affecting us all at this time, funeral and interment services will be held privately for the immediate family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, Trumbull.
