From Kenneth Horowitz
We were fortunate to know Amanda for the last decade. Our hearts are broken that she has left us. My wife and I were privy to what she was going through. I have often described Amanda to friends as the most courageous person I know. Her incredible spirit and enthusiasm were never defeated. We are going to miss her greatly. She was a gift to this world. Amanda, we hope you are now soaring with a big smile on your face!

This news saddens me greatly. Although I have not had connection to Amanda or her family in several years, I immediately recall all the good memories I have from when I was. Also I have to thank Amanda for her inspirational words during my time training to become a police officer. Amanda was pleasant, thoughtful and had an amazing sense of humor. My deepest thoughts and prayers to Alisha and the rest of the Ceraso family during this time.
