I have fond memories of watching Lou enjoying food his family brought to him at Ludlowe. I worked on jigsaw puzzles with my mother while he devoured his favorite foods with gusto. It was an honor to get to know Lou and I only wish I had met him sooner. He was a true gentleman and a gentle man.
