A sweeter soul never walked this earth. Dawn was a friend I met many many years ago at Clairol. The gatherings and laughter with ‘my girls’, Karen, Anne, Meg and Dawn created bonds that will never leave me. I still can picture us in Karen’s basement in Stamford for parties, on the ball field playing softball for Clairol, and the gang all together visiting me in NJ. Dawn’s sweet demeanor and quiet laughter, albeit with her head down blushing and quietly chuckling away at the same time, still bring a giant smile to my heart. She never missed a beat! The earth lost an angel that is now at home. R.I.P. Dawn...you are being missed by many and will be forgotten by no one. We love you!

Dawn was Frances’ right hand person for Douglas’ care. She worked with me to coordinate her Dad’s plan of care. It was so easy to communicate with Dawn because her goal was the same as the agency’s: to keep her Dad home but safely. Dawn was always an angel but now she is official—wings and all. Much love to you Frances & sorry the obit printed the masculine version of your name.

My heart is broken to have lost Dawn. I’m deeply sorry for Fran, Cathy, Jay, Kelly & Doc & all her family for their loss. Dawn & I have been close friends for 47 years & she was the most unselfish person I knew. Always helpful & giving to everyone she knew. I have many, many wonderful memories of her from working together at Clairol, to traveling to many countries & to spending time in Florida during the winter months. We played softball, tennis, skied, bowled & of late, golf. Of course, she was the best as she was the athlete! All that is said so eloquently in this obituary was truly Dawn. A reserved, beautiful friend who was always there for you through thick or thin! I will miss her dearly and could never thank her enough for all she did for me. I was so fortunate to have her in my life & now her memory will last forever in my heart. Love you Dawnie.
