Obituary of Maria Kilgore

Lifelong Bridgeport Resident Maria Christino Kilgore, age 89, of Bridgeport, a retired supervisor for General Electric with 40 years of service, died on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at her residence. A lifelong resident of Bridgeport, she was born on May 24, 1920 and was a daughter of the late Lucia Ferrara Christino. Mrs. Kilgore was a former parishioner of Holy Rosary Church. Survivors include three sons, David Kilgore and his wife Lynda of Florida, Gerard Kilgore and his wife Lynda of Fairfield and Kevyn Kilgore and his wife Joanne of Milford, six grandchildren, Kelly, Billy, Katie, KariAn, Kevyn and Kristopher, six adopted grandchildren, Danny, Nina, Katherine, Tiana, Emily and Tessa, 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, April 26, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Andrew Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Sunday from 3-7 p.m.
