Obituary of Ann-Marie Figlar

Resident of Stratford Ann-Marie Christoffersen (Stoccatore) Figlar, age 44, of Stratford, beloved wife of Jon Figlar, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on August 8, 1967, she was the daughter of Terry Koscavage Stoccatore and the late Timmy Jan Christoffersen. Ann-Marie was an assistant manager for Chemtura of Middlebury and was formerly employed by Covidien/Tyco Healthcare. She graduated Masuk High School and Western Connecticut State University. Ann-Marie was devoted to her family and friends and especially loved being a Mom. In addition to her husband Jon and cherished daughter, Sofia Elise, survivors include her parents, Terry and Al Stoccatore of Monroe, two sisters, Heather Rossi and her husband Vince of Milford and Elise Smith and her husband Leon of Monroe, her mother-in-law, Diane Figlar of Monroe and father-in-law, Andrew Figlar and his wife Susan of Shelton, brother-in-law, Marc Figlar of Stratford, sister-in-law, Carolyn Rinaldi and her husband Stephen of Durham, as well as a niece and nephew, Elle and Timothy Rinaldi. Funeral Information A Memorial Mass celebrating her life will take place on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Jude Church, 707 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe. Interment will be private. Family and friends may call on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
