Obituary of Anne Marie Joseph

Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother Anne Marie Joseph, age 73, of Bridgeport passed away peacefully on Thursday October 24, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Pierre F. Joseph. Born in Haiti, May 3, 1940 she was a daughter of the late Rodrigue and Berenise Cadet Pierre. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family. Her greatest pleasure in life however was found spoiling her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her beloved husband of 55 years, Pierre, she is also survived by her children, Marie Charles and her husband Jean of Bridgeport, Ephrem Joseph and his wife Marie of Queens, NY, Rosevanie Joseph of Bridgeport, Irlande Monrose of Bridgeport, Ketena Charles and her husband Jacques of Bridgeport and Edline Pierre and her husband Francois of Stratford, fourteen grandchildren, Ephane, Jacques, Ashley, Hansy, Stephanie, Fequianne, Bianca, Nehila, Arlande, Alexa, Nerlande, Herla, Aliah and Kaysha, a brother, Daniel Pierre of Haiti and four sisters, Marie Clarilus and her husband Jean of Bridgeport and Rosemarie, Eliane and Odilia Pierre, all of Haiti. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Joseph was predeceased by two brothers, Starmand and Thelima Pierre. Funeral Information Friends are invited to go directly to St. Charles Borromeo Church , 1279 East Main Street, Bridgeport on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
