To watch you suffer these past 2 months made me feel inadequate. I'd wish I could have done more than I did. However, God did answer the prayer I prayed last Monday evening when I felt compelled by the Holy Spirit to kneel by your bedside and pray the Holy Rosary. God is so good, Mom. I hope you know that now.
We have lit a candle at home here in Singapore to coincide with the time of Aunt Charlotte's funeral. As is chanted in the Russian Church which is still so dear to me, Vyechnaya Pamyat', which means Eternal Memory. Aunt Charlotte will be missed and her memory will long be cherished. God bless her always.
Mom, what a fighter you were! From February, 2017, to now, you gave all you had to survive with your one kidney. God bless you, Mom! Until we meet again someday, rest in peace.
