Obituary of Josephine T. Iannucci

Resident of Monroe Josephine Ragonesi Iannucci, age 88, of Monroe, a retired employee of Remington Rand, died on Friday, June 1, 2007 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in New York City on January 12, 1919, she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Margaret Carbone Ragonesi. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be sadly missed by all. An avid Yankee fan, she was known as GG to her great grandchildren and her contagious smile will be missed. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Joseph A. Iannucci. Survivors include her loving children, Joseph R. Iannucci and his wife Denise and Joan Vitello and her husband Michael, all of Monroe, two beloved sisters, Mary Falco of Milford and Yolanda Lodice of Derby, sisters-in-law, Dora Costa of Trumbull and Nancy Nucifora of Bridgeport, four cherished grandchildren, Joseph J. Iannucci and his wife Cheri, Shawna Domenichelli and her husband Dan, Michael Vitello, Kristy Vitello and Marc Mercier and three great grandchildren, Michael, Matthew and Alyssa and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, June 4, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:30 a.m. in St. Jude Church, Monroe for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m.
