Obituary of Francis E. Hutvagner

Resident of Weston Francis E. Hutvagner, age 55, of Weston, died on Tuesday, November 29, 2005 in Bridgeport Hospital after a courageous battle with his family by his side. Born in Fairfield on September 11, 1950, he was a son of Frank and Mary Horvath Hutvagner of Fairfield. Mr. Hutvagner retired from Sacred Heart University with 27 years of service, where he served as the assistant director of financial aide as well as the controller. He was presently the accountant at St. Theresa Church and also was employed at the United Way. Mr. Hutvagner was a recently initiated member of the Knights of Columbus. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his devoted wife of 24 years, Marianna Sabatelli Hutvagner, a sister, Susan Pulos and her husband, Ted of Huntington, a niece, Cassandra Pulos, uncle and aunt, Steve and Ruth Hutvagner of Fairfield, an aunt, Marion Murphy of Austin, Texas, his father and mother-in-law, Vito and Nina Sabatelli of Weston, a sister-in-law, Kris Sabatelli of New Haven as well as several cousin and many friends. Funeral Information Friends and relatives can meet on Friday, December 2, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. directly in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. There will be no calling hours.
