Obituary of Concetta C. Fusco

Concetta Falango Fusco, age 90, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Vito J. Fusco, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at St. Vincent Medical Center with her loving family by her side. Born in Bridgeport on June 18, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Elpidio and Louisa Falango. Before her retirement, she worked at Read's and Jordan Marsh for many years. Making dinner on Sunday and caring for her family were the most important things in Connie's life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by all. Survivors include her three loving children, Vincent Fusco of Stratford, Deborah Moulton of Bridgeport and Kenneth Fusco and his wife Karen of Seymour, a sister, Antoinette Marro of Trumbull, six grandchildren, Vincent, Louis, Gina and Jennifer Fusco and Donna and Christopher Moulton and three great grandchildren, Jasper, Geoffrey and Nicholas as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Joseph, Larry and Pasquale Falango. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Andrew Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Long Hill Burial Grounds, Trumbull. Friends may greet the family on Thursday morning from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
