Obituary of May M. Bardinelli

May Klinga Bardinelli, age 81, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of Victor F. Bardinelli, died on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on May 1, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Steven and Pauline Tokh Klinga. Mrs. Bardinelli retired from the City of Bridgeport after 28 years where she worked as a buyer in the Purchasing Department. She was a member of the St. Theresa Confraternity. She had an undying devotion to her family and will forever be remembered as a kind and loving person to family and friends.

In addition to her husband of 57 years, survivors include four sons, Roger Bardinelli and his wife Cecile of Beacon Falls, Ted Bardinelli and his wife Constance of Durham, NC, Glenn Bardinelli and his wife Maria of Monroe and Brian Bardinelli and his wife Kristina of Southbury, a sister Marion Soltis of Bridgeport, 11 grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by three brothers, Steve, Albert and Edward Klinga and three sisters, Pauline Cummings, Cornelia Moody and Claire Nadeau. 

Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery, Fairfield. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 2-6 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
