Dear Cindy, You many not remember me but I met and worked with Joe at United Rentals in Fairfield. You and I met a few times in the office and also at Stop & Shop in Fairfield.. I remember seeing Jack but never had the pleasure of meeting Alli in the office. Joe was great to work with. He had a great wit and we got along famously. I am deeply sorry about his passing. I would like to send you a card but I am not sure I have your address. I have an address but it may be an old one. I would appreciate your present address so I can reach you. Our friendship started out professionally and evolved over time. I had an issue with a Porsche and went to Fairfield Porsche Service where I first met Joe, he was the Service Manager. I quickly found that Joe exceled in communications, product knowledge and interactions with his customer. He confirmed a strong personal commitment to the customer, the dealership and the Porsche Product. In the Strongest Words - Joe provided the best Service Experience of my life. The total process from the beginning to the conclusion was a demonstration of professionalism. We quickly understood that each other had a passion for cars and enjoyed many lunches (conversations) about our experiences. Words cannot alone express how sorry I am to hear Joe is not with us anymore. He was a great and gentle man with a true zeal for life. Joe earned the respect and good will of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Phil

To Cindy Jack & Ally, I had the pleasure of working with Joe @ United Rentals he was probably one of the funniest men i knew. I worked with Joe at McClinch/United Rentals several years ago and was very sad to hear of his passing. Joe always had a quick witted joke or story to share, and he always had a smile on his face when he spoke of his beautiful family. I am so very sorry for your loss.
