Obituary of Ronald E. Fabry

Resident of Shelton Ronald E. Fabry, Sr., age 77, of Shelton, beloved husband of Mary Gross Fabry, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2011 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on August 29, 1933, he was a son of the late Paul Sr. and Mae Nasitka Fabry. Mr. Fabry was a quality control manager for Peerless Aluminum. He was an avid golfer and sports enthusiast, following both the Boston Red Sox and the New York Mets. Ron enjoyed dancing and loved to garden and work around his yard. In addition to Mary, his wife of 55 years, survivors include two children, Mary Ellen Fabry Cohen and her husband Louis of New York and Ronald E. Fabry Jr. of Rochester, NY, his grandson, Justin Cohen, his brother, Paul Fabry Jr. & his wife Doris of Sunderland, MA. He was pre-deceased by a brother, John Fabry. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Lawrence Church, Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
