Obituary of Mabel Detuzzi

Trumbull Resident Mabel Warrek Detuzzi, age 77, of Trumbull, a homemaker, died on Saturday, December 17, 2005 at her residence with her family by her side. Born in Bridgeport on April 27, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Charlotte Beach Warrick, and was a Trumbull resident for 41 years. Mrs. Detuzzi enjoyed bowling, gardening, and sewing. She was pre-deceased by a sister Charlotte Cardinal. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, George J. Detuzzi Sr., two sons, Bruce H. Detuzzi of Long Island, NY and George J. Detuzzi Jr. and his wife Cyndi of Fairfield, two daughters, Deborah DePino and her husband Joseph of Orange and Janet Detuzzi of Stratford, two brothers, Edward Warrek Jr. of Milford and Richard Warrek of Australia, seven grandchildren, Joseph and Frank DePino, Lisa and Debra Gibertoni, Nicholas, Michael and Dylan Detuzzi, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at 8 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, Monroe. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
