Obituary of Elizabeth T. DeCarlo

Resident of Trumbull DeCARLO- Elizabeth T. DeCarlo, age 79, of Trumbull, a retired employee of Daniels Farm School, died peacefully on Thursday, October 21, 2010 in St. Vincent Medical Center, Bridgeport. Born in Bridgeport on September 18, 1931, she was a daughter of the late James and Rose Scippa Izzo. Elizabeth was a former member of the St. Raphael Church Altar Guild, volunteered at St. Peters School, and most recently made rosary beads for our troops overseas. She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph D. DeCarlo, two daughters, Ann Theresa Melli and her husband Michael of Trumbull and Nanette Seperack and her husband Paul of Monroe, a son Anthony DeCarlo and his wife Theresa of Stratford and special family friend, Russell Dostilio of Trumbull, grandchildren, Michael and Christopher Melli, Philip and Elizabeth Seperack, Brian, Rocco, Samantha, Steven and Kelly Ceci, a great granddaughter Aliyah, special niece Mary, as well as several additional nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. She was predeceased by a sister, Theresa Izzo. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Monday from 4-8 p.m.
