Obituary of Concetta Deaso

Lifelong Bridgeport resident Concetta (Connie) Ricca Deaso, age 85, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Ralph P. Deaso, died on Sunday, November 6, 2011 in St. Joseph Manor, Trumbull. Born in Bridgeport on June 22, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Angelina Carta Ricca. Before her retirement she worked at the former D.M. Reads and Macys for many years. She was a selfless person who always cared for others. Survivors include her two sons, Glen Deaso of Shelton and David Deaso and his wife Carol of Seymour, a cherished granddaughter Dana, a brother, Carmen Ricca of Fairfield, a sister, Anna Mae Gallo and her husband Dominick of Trumbull a sister-in-law, Grace Ricca of Fairfield as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Harry Ricca. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, November 9, 2011at 9:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:30 a.m. in St. Andrew Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m.
