Obituary of Alfonso A. Conti

Resident of Stratford Alfonso Al A. Conti, Jr., age 78, of Stratford, a retired employee of Avco Lycoming with 17 years of service, died on Sunday, June 24, 2007 in Connecticut Hospice, Branford. Born in Bridgeport on February 2, 1929, he was a son of the late Alfonso A. and Erminia Luzietti Conti Sr. and served in the U. S. Navy Reserves. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Violet Parrella Conti, four children, Michelle Conti and her husband Giuseppe Polizia of North Richmond Hills, TX, Tina Kameron of Las Vegas, NV, Gina Guidry of Keller, TX and Richard Conti of Shelton, a brother Francesco Conti of Fairfield, seven grandchildren, Jessica and Zachery Kameron, Kendra and Ian Murphy, Gina and Jackson Guidry and Richard Conti Jr. Condolences may be sent to Mrs. Violet Conti, 647B Onondaga Lane, Stratford, CT 06614 Funeral Information Friends can greet the family on Thursday, June 28, 2007 from 4-8 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. A prayer service will take place on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
