Obituary of Lorenzo Ciambriello

Bridgeport Resident Lorenzo Ciambriello age 84, of Bridgeport, beloved husband of the late Angelina DeFillippo Ciambriello passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at the Jewish Home for the Elderly in Fairfield. Born in Benevento, Italy, on March 8, 1929, he was the son of the late Frank and Jenny Matera Ciambriello. Before his retirement, Mr Ciambriello was the owner and operator of Larrys Landscaping. He enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Circolo Sportivo Italian American Club in Bridgeport. Survivors include four children, Claire Vieira and her husband Manuel of Bridgeport, Lawrence Ciambriello of FL, Annette Guerra and her husband John of Monroe, Lori Williams of Bridgeport, seven grandchildren, Daniel Vieira and his wife Katrina, Charles, Michael and Ashley Williams, John Guerra and his wife Keri-Beth, Matthew Guerra and his wife Amy, and Christopher Guerra, five great grandchildren, Armando Vieira, Brayden , Angelina and Wyatt Guerra, and Kameron Rock, three brothers, Angelo, Patsy and John Ciambriello, three sisters, Catherine Ciarmella, Mary Castorina and Genevieve Spinelli as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Gaetano, Vincent and Louis Ciambriello. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held on Wednesday March 27, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull and at 10:30 a.m. in St. Andrew Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in St. Michaels Cemetery Chapel Mausoleum, Stratford. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
