Obituary of Michael Carbone

Resident of Trumbull Michael G. Carbone Sr., age 85, of Trumbull, died peacefully on Monday April 15, 2008 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born on February 22, 1923, he was a son of the late Louis and Lucy Tisi Carbone. A U.S. Army veteran, he was a retired employee of the General Electric Co. Michael enjoyed his long walks outside and was an avid fisherman. He loved to cook for his family and friends and he took great pride and pleasure in his 1966 Thunderbird. Survivors include two loving children, Camille Young and her husband John of Shelton and Michael G. Carbone Jr., of Bridgeport, two cherished grandchildren Jared and Brendan Young. Funeral Information Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
