Obituary of Laura Ann Yates

Laura Ann (Diaz) Yates, age 23, residing in Santa Rita, Guam, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2012. Born on May 22, 1988 in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of Jose L. Diaz and Gail M. Diaz. Laura graduated from Bullard Havens Technical High School in 2006 with a certificate in graphic communications. Laura was a Master at Arms Second Class in the U.S. Navy. She served her country honorably for the past 5 years. She was a loving compassionate person who always brought laughter and joy to those around her. In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband Jeremy J. Yates and six month old daughter Sadie Kristen Yates; her sister, Christina Day and husband Christopher of Jacksonville, FL; and her brother, Joseph Diaz of Bridgeport, CT; as well as a host of family and friends. Funeral Information Funeral services will be at the discretion of the family.
