Obituary of Raymond G. Weiner

U. S. Army Veteran Raymond G. Weiner, age 90, of Trumbull, died on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at his residence. Born in New York, NY on September 5, 1918, he was a son of the late George and Mary McGlynn Weiner and a U. S. Army veteran of World War II. A retired employee of Honeywell Corp., he was a former president of the Steam Fitters Union Local #173. Survivors include his wife of 63 years Lucy Ryder Weiner, two sons, Robert Weiner of Southbury and Raymond Weiner of Milford, a daughter, Cecilia Augustine and her husband Daniel of Manassas, VA, a sister Lucille Brandt of Houston, TX, eight grandchildren, Raymond N. Weiner, Marilyn Day, Christopher Weiner, Gregg Weiner, Meghan Jones, Daniel Augustine, Rachel Potter and Charles Augustine, six great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
