Obituary of Rosemary Brown

Trumbull Resident BROWN- Rosemary Chi Chi Palatella Brown, age 68, of Trumbull, a home maker and former employee of SNET, died on Friday, May 5, 2006 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late James and Maria Castaldo Palatella, and was a Trumbull resident over 30 years. In the past, she taught religious school and was a parish council member at Christ the King Church. Rosemary was the most caring wife, mother and friend in the world. She had an incredible sense of humor and loved to laugh. To know her was to love her. She was always available to listen to friends problems, advise them and cheer them up. She prayed fervently for the sick, and then she faced her illness without complaining. She was so courageous and fought hard to get well. We lost our beautiful Rosemary but heaven has gained an angel. Survivors include her husband, Martin Brown, two daughters, Maria Brown of Trumbull, and Susan Brown Macos and her husband Steve Macos of Bridgeport, two sisters, Carmella Damiani and Susan Lasorso, both of Bridgeport, nephew Frank Cipriano and his wife Carol of Stratford and niece, Patricia Presley of Bridgeport, who were raised like brothers and sisters, and several additional nieces and nephews and lifelong friends she considered family.
