Obituary of Helen Convertito Tuozzoli
Resident of Stratford
Helen Convertito Tuozzoli, age 87, of Stratford, formerly of Fairfield, a retired supervisor for Crown Corset Co., died on Sunday, December 10, 2006 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on March 1, 1919, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Palma Paternoster Convertito. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining and looked forward to family gatherings. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Sebastian Tuozzoli, two brothers, Paul and Michael Convertito and three sisters, Sue Valentino, Mary Ventriglia and Mildred Kish. Survivors include two brothers, Joseph Convertito and his wife, Dolores of Trumbull and Vincent Convertito and his wife, Sylvia of Trumbull, a sister, Jean Macri and her husband, Vincent of Trumbull as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, December 14, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 9:00 a.m. in St. Margaret Shrine, Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the Garden Mausoleum of St. Michael Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
