Obituary of Theresa J. Toto

Loving Wife, Mother, Daughter and Sister Theresa Amato Toto, age 37, of West Haven, died suddenly on Tuesday, April 18, 2006. Born in Bridgeport on October 16, 1968, she was a daughter of Felix and Mary Pierson Amato of Trumbull. A graduate of Trumbull High School, class of 1986, she was a home health aide for United Visiting Nurses Association of Trumbull, where she was very dedicated to helping others and always gave of herself to benefit her patients. Along with her husband, she owned and operated Toto Painting. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, survivors include her beloved husband of 12 years, Joseph R. Toto, two cherished sons, Tyler and Christopher Toto, a brother, Edward Amato and his wife, Diane of West Haven, a sister, Anna Spinelli and her husband, Ralph of New Hampshire, her mother-in-law, Cheryl Lampone of Bridgeport, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Information A Memorial Mass celebrating her life will be celebrated on Saturday, April 22, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Donations Information In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an education fund to benefit her children.
