Obituary of Richard A. Torrito

A Proud U. S. Navy Veteran Richard A. Torrito, age 64, of Trumbull, beloved husband of Margaret Graue Torrito, died on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Sewickley, PA on April 1, 1947, he was a son of the late Joseph and Frances Stiglich Torrito. A proud U. S. Navy veteran, he earned a bachelors degree from Geneva College, attended Duquesne University and earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore Law School. Mr. Torrito was an environmental attorney for Rhodia, Inc. and enjoyed woodworking and making furniture. In addition to his wife Margaret of 37 years, he is survived by a devoted son Daniel Torrito of Trumbull, a brother, Ronald Torrito and his wife Renee of East Hartford, two sisters, Diane Matire of Pittsburgh, PA and Marie Torrito of Sewickley, PA as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information All Funeral services will be held in Pennsylvania.
