Obituary of Angelina Tesla

Resident of Shelton Angelina Germano Tesla, age 90, of Shelton, a retired employee of Bridgeport Hardware Co., died on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Wappingers Falls, New York on August 25, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Jennie Peleo Germano. Mrs. Tesla was a Shelton resident over 45 years, and was an avid gardener. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Francis Frank) Tesla Sr., a brother, George Germano, a sister, Antoinette Germano and a grandson, Joseph Romano, Jr. Survivors include a daughter, Elaine Romano and her husband, Joseph Sr. of Shelton, a son, Frank Tesla Jr. and his wife, Louise of Missouri City, Texas, two sisters, Josephine Ventriglia and Arlene Grasso, both of Bridgeport, six, grandchildren, Deetra Koch, Darlene Polite, Frank Tesla III, Deonna Tesla, James Romano and Jeanine Romano, 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2006 at 7:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 8:30 a.m. in St. Margaret Mary Church, Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the Chapel Mausoleum of St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Friday from 4 to 8 pm.
