Obituary of Maria Trepiedi Spadaro

Beloved Mother, Grandmother & Great Grandmother Maria Trepiedi Spadaro, age 83, of Bridgeport, a retired employee of Northbridge Health Care Center, died on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at St. Vincent Medical Center with her loving family by her side. Born in Modica, Sicily, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Ernesto and Carmella DiMartino Trepiedi, and was a Bridgeport resident over 45 years. She was predeceased by her husband John Spadaro Sr. and her son, Robert John Spadaro Sr. Survivors include three devoted children, John Spadaro and his wife Ann Marie of Monroe, Jennifer Ann DiStefano and her husband Constantino of Orange and David Spadaro and his wife Barbara of Milford, a sister, Ernestina Trepiedi of Sicily, grandchildren, Robert John Spadaro Jr. and his wife Tanetra, Michelle and Alyssa Spadaro, Christina and Anthony DiStefano and Michael John Spadaro; a great grandson, Robert John Spadaro lll, and several nieces and nephews in Sicily. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:30 a.m. in St. Patrick Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the Chapel Mausoleum of St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
