Obituary of Frank L. Gennarini

May 19, 2007 Frank L. Gennarini Jr., age 70, of Monroe, Connecticut, died after a short battle with cancer on Saturday, May 19, 2007, surrounded by his family, at the Veterans Hospital in West Haven. He was a son of the late Frank L. Sr. and Concetta Sanseri Gennarini. Frank earned a masters degree as an industrial psychologist from Springfield College, and was formerly a member of the American Society of Psychologists and the American Mensa Society. He enjoyed discussing politics and photographing big game animals. His trips to Australia were adventures he loved to talk about. As a member of the Ansonia Rod and Gun Club and the Seymour Fish & Game Club, Frank had a large circle of friends, who shared his interests in fishing and target and skeet shooting. Frank was a wise and generous brother, uncle and friend to all. A native of Bridgeport, he was predeceased by his brother, Mario Gennarini, and sister, Susan Paradise. Survivors include his beloved daughter and son-in-law, Elisa and Jeffrey Nelson of Monroe, his brother, John Gennarini of Boca Raton, Florida, sister-in-law, Mary Kay Gennarini, brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Leslie Gennarini, all of Monroe, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends and relatives may call on Wednesday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
