Obituary of Angelina T. Rosa
Monroe Resident
Rosa Angelina Cannizzaro Rosa, age 70, of Monroe, a home maker, died on Sunday, December 24, 2006 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born and raised in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late Philip and Mollie Esposito Cannizzaro, and was formerly a resident of Orange before moving to Monroe over eight year ago. She was pre-deceased by her son, Philip Rosa, a brother, Carmen Cannizzaro and a sister, Ida Gloria. Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Harry G. Rosa, two sons, Carmen Rosa and his wife Karen of Monroe and Richard Rosa and his wife Anne Marie of Haverhill, MA, a brother, Alphonso Cannizzaro of Stratford, two sisters, Gloria Mastrone of Trumbull and Mary Ann Beecher of Ansonia, five grandchildren, Carmen Jr., Richard, Julian, Richard Jr. and Philip ll and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at 9 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 10 a.m. in St. Jude Church, Monroe, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4 pm to 8 pm. Donations Information
