Obituary of Evelyn Rinko

Evelyn Virelli Rinko, age 92, daughter of the late Constantino and Raffaella (Bragaglia) Constantini, died on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at St. Joseph Manor. Evelyn was a retired hairdresser who owned and operated her own salon for many years in the Bridgeport area. She was active in church activities at St. Raphael Parish in Bridgeport where she was president of the Altar Society. She later became president of the Senior Association at the Bishop Curtis Home in Bridgeport. Evelyn was a very stylish woman who delighted in arts and craft activities as well as traveling. She was known for her creative abilities. Evelyn was the beloved wife of the late retired Connecticut State Police Officer Frederick Virelli and the late retired Bridgeport Police Office Elmer Rinko. She was also pre-deceased by her brother, Walter Constantini and sisters, Florence Weiss, Olga Constantini and Virginia Ciotti. She leaves behind loving sisters, Wilma Cougle of Rocky Hill, CT, Winifred DeSantis of Danbury, Elsie Lyman of Rocky Hill and brother, William Constantini of Jacksonville, FL. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Rita Campsie and her husband, Robert of Fremont, NH and Mary Lou Fenick and her husband, Thomas of Trumbull, her grandchildren, Paul Fenick and his wife, Deborah, Amy Hanson and her husband, Brian, David Fenick, James Fenick and his wife, Pamela, Stephen Weatherbee and his wife, Christine and Julia Falconer and her husband, Gary, 13 great grandchildren, Ryan and Evelyn Fenick, Stephanie, Kimberly and Megan Barrett, Erika, Krista, Amelia and Sam Weatherbee, Natalie Falconer and Nicholas, Gabriella and Mason Fenick. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Friday, February 2, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:30 a.m. in Christ the King Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m.
