Obituary of Claire L. Quigley

Resident of Monroe Claire L. Quigley, age 81, of Monroe, a retired employee of Sikorsky Aircraft, died on Thursday, January 12, 2006 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on October 29, 1924, she was a daughter of the late William and Gladys Lomme McMenamey. She was pre-deceased by her husband Edward Quigley Jr. Survivors include her children, a son, Ed Quigley, a daughter, Lenore McLaughlin and her husband Harold, all of Monroe, a brother, William McMenamey of Trumbull, three sisters, Gladys Rose of Bridgeport, Virginia Maloney of Southbury and Palm Beach, FL and Marion Tobin of Bethel, five grandchildren, Koreen Gunnison and her husband, David, Koleen Kaffan, Sean McLaughlin, Sean Quigley and Kristin Quigley, two great grandchildren E.J. and Kyle Gunnison as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, January 16, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Jude Church, Monroe for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in the Monroe Center Cemetery, Monroe. Friends may call on Sunday from 3-7 p.m.
