Obituary of Michael Pisacreta

Shelton Resident Michael Pisacreta, age 66, of Huntington, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2007 at his residence with his loving family by his side. Born in S. Sossio di Serino, Province of Avellino, Italy on November 11, 1940, he was a son of the late Pellegrino and Assunta DiZuzio Pisacreta. A cabinet maker, he was employed by Bridgeport Lumber Kitchen Center and was formerly employed by Cabinets by Design and Custom Cabinet. He enjoyed his grandchildren, gardening, fishing, and hunting. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a son, Joseph Pisacreta and a sister Teresa Pisacreta. Survivors include his devoted wife of 42 years, Joann Ruggerio Pisacreta, three loving children Michael Pisacreta and his wife Lynda of Lumberton, New Jersey, Jeffrey Pisacreta and his wife Julia of Woolwich, New Jersey and Mary Jo Conetta and her husband Dave of Monroe, a brother Giuseppe Pisacreta and his wife Elizabeth of Bridgeport, a sister Carmela Pasacreta of Trumbull, six cherished grandchildren Gabrielle, Michael, Sebastian, Miranda, Jack and Sarah, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at 9:00 am from the ABRIOLA PARKVIEW FUNERAL HOME 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull and at 10:00 am in St. Lawrence Church, Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
