Obituary of Nancy Nucifora

Milford resident Nancy Iannucci Nucifora, age 88, of Milford, died Sunday, December 20, 2009 at Connecticut Hospice following a long illness. She was born on April 11, 1921 in Bridgeport, a daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie Rega Iannucci. She was also pre-deceased by her husbands, Louis A. Piccolo and Marcelino Nucifora and brothers, Jerry, Paul, Charles, Joseph and Ralph. Survivors include her son Louis Piccolo and daughter-in-law Elaine, her daughter Gail Pagliuco and son-in-law Phillip, a sister Dora Costa, nine grandchildren Louis Piccolo and his wife Marcie, Darlene Morrisey and her husband Brian, Rhonda Bongiovani, Joseph Piccolo and his wife Barbara, Anthony Piccolo, Lea Morgan and her fiance John Paoletti, William Petroccio and his wife Michelle, Nancy McCarthy and her husband Mickey and Peggy McCarthy and her husband David, 18 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, special nieces, Jennie Marrio and Patti Schott as well as several other nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
