Obituary of Robert L. Nappi

Shelton Resident Robert L. Nappi, age 65, of Shelton, a regional sales manager for Globe Union Industries, died suddenly on Thursday, May 31, 2007. Born and raised in Scranton, PA, he was a son of Anne Fatt Nappi of Scranton and the late Louis Nappi. He received a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Scranton and a Masters degree from Marywood University. Prior to his move to Connecticut, he was Director of the Mental Health Association for Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. Bob was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed fly fishing and spending time at the beach, but his main hobby was his family. In addition to his mother, survivors include his beloved wife of 41years, Rita Andrejack Nappi, a son, Michael Nappi and his wife Amanda of Orlando, FL, a daughter, Jennifer Nappi of Bridgeport, two brothers, Louis Nappi and his wife Francine of Mt. Olive, MS and Arno Nappi of CA, two sisters, Mary Lou Burne and her husband James and Barbara Scacchitti and her husband Edmund, all of Scranton, PA, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Friends can meet directly at 10 a.m. on Wednesday June 6, 2007 in St. Lawrence Church, 505 Shelton Rd., Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
