Obituary of Jennie Nails

Jennie Lazzaro Nails, age 92, of Trumbull, died on Sunday, November 6, 2005 in Griffin Hospital, Derby. Born in New York City,she was the daughter of the late Dominick and Maria Lupo Lazzaro and a Trumbull resident over 50 years. Mrs. Nails retired as a cook manager at Jane Ryan School in Trumbull, and also worked as a nurses aide at St. Joseph Manor. Mrs. Nails was an avid gardener and enjoyed crocheting.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Louis P. Nails, and her son-in-law, John Consalvo.

Survivors include three daughters, Marie Consalvo of Trumbull, Eleanor O'Connor and her husband Joseph of Ansonia and Joanne Kucej and her husband John of Trumbull, seven grandchildren, Doreen Consalvo Urban and her husband David, John J. Consalvo, Dawn Chapman and her husband William, Debra O'Connor, Jennifer Iaccarino and her husband Michael, Kristine Kucej and Kara Waupotitsch and her husband, Robert, eight great grandchildren, Rebecca, Victoria and Ashley Chapman, Isabella and Michael Iaccarino, Delanah, Dannah and Deirdrah Urban, and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will take place on Wednesday November 9, 2005 at 9 am from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 10 am in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m..
