Obituary of Mathew Moutinho

Loving Husband and Devoted Father Mathew Moutinho, age 46, of Trumbull, loving husband of Etelvina Martins Moutinho, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 23, 2014. Born in Bridgeport on November 25, 1967, he was a son of Manuel T. Moutinho of Stratford and the late Winifred A. Lachioma Moutinho. Mat was a supervisor for many years, working alongside his father and brothers at the family business, Mark IV Construction. But above all he was a loving husband and devoted father. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In addition to his loving wife, Etelvina, and his father Manuel, survivors include his two loved and cherished children, Dylan and Alexa Moutinho, three brothers, Eric Moutinho of Easton, Scott Moutinho of Bridgeport and Chris Moutinho and his wife Lisa of Trumbull, as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. Funeral Information All funeral services were private. Entombment took place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
